Privacy policy
MEMORITY, a simplified joint stock company registered in the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number B 920 613 478, with its registered office at 11-13 Cours Valmy, 92800 PUTEAUX, France (hereinafter “we”) is aware of the importance of protecting privacy and individual freedoms. We are therefore committed to ensuring their protection in accordance with applicable law, in particular EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter the “Regulation”) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on information technology, files, and freedoms, as amended.
This privacy policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) aims to inform you of the principles governing the way in which we process your personal data in our capacity as data controllers within the meaning of the Regulation and when you browse our website (hereinafter the “Site”).
Data controller
In accordance with the legal provisions mentioned above, we inform you that the data controller is MEMORITY SAS. The data controller is the organization that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data (what data is processed, for what purposes, and with what tools).
We only collect your data directly from you. No data is obtained from third-party sources.
Categories of personal data and purposes of processing
When you browse the Website, we process the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact details: last name, first name, email address, phone number (if provided);
- Professional data: company size, company name;
- Connection data: data from cookies, ID, connection logs, IP address;
- Other: message content, information relating to your request (e.g., request for a demonstration, appointment with an expert, request for information, or for a use case).
We do not carry out any processing that results in automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.

The fields marked with an asterisk (*) in our forms are required to process your request. Without this information, we will not be able to respond to your request.

Shelf life
Personal data is processed for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes pursued, taking into account the applicable limitation periods and the principle of proportionality, in particular:

At the end of the aforementioned periods, personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
Data recipients
Your data is intended for our internal departments in order to fulfill the purposes stated above. It may also be communicated solely on our behalf and according to our instructions to our subcontractors, in particular:
- our IT service providers and hosting providers;
- Prospecting and CRM solutions
- Marketing and emailing solutions (e.g., newsletter tools)
- Appointment scheduling solutions
- Analysis and statistics providers
- our data protection officer.
Transfers outside the European Union
Your data may be transferred to a country outside the European Union. When your personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that we use a guarantee recognized by the applicable regulations on personal data protection in order to allow the transfer.
We use the following safeguards:
- A decision by the European Commission that the country outside the EU/EEA to which your personal data is transferred offers an adequate level of protection, corresponding to the level of protection guaranteed by the regulations applicable within the EU;
- The conclusion of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We also put in place appropriate technical, legal, and organizational safeguards to further regulate these transfers. The specific protective measures we implement depend on what is technically feasible and sufficiently effective for the transfer in question.
Additional technical and organizational measures may be put in place to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that in the EU.
Security measures
We are committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security of your personal data. In accordance with Article 32 of the Regulation, we strive to implement appropriate technical, logical, and organizational measures to ensure the level of security most appropriate to the risks involved in processing your personal data. We also implement measures to prevent, as far as possible, any loss, accidental destruction, alteration, and unauthorized access to your personal data.
How to exercise your rights
In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access and rectify your personal data (right of access and rectification);
- To object to the processing of your personal data on legitimate grounds (right to object);
- Within the limits provided for by law, to request that the processing of your data be restricted or that your personal data be erased (right to restriction and right to erasure);
- To request the portability of your personal data (right to portability);
- To withdraw your consent.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
