Background and challenges
Stellantis is a global automotive group formed from the merger of PSA and FCA, bringing together 14 brands with a presence across all major international markets.
After several unsuccessful attempts to replace its in-house IAM system, the former PSA Group — encompassing the Peugeot, Citroën and DS brands — was seeking a solution capable of absorbing a high level of complexity. Key challenges included heterogeneous processes, proprietary authorization models and a particularly dense application landscape built over many years. Memority was the first platform able to seamlessly take over this legacy at scale.
Thanks to its advanced configuration capabilities, Memority enabled the standardization of more than 95% of existing functionalities without requiring specific developments.
Following the acquisition of the FCA Group (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles), the newly formed Stellantis entity chose to extend Memority globally, covering fifteen automotive brands as well as their employees, service providers and dealer networks.
