Memority publishes its app on the ServiceNow store

We are delighted to share the release of the Memority app on the store of our partner ServiceNow, leader in ITSM.

This new Memority app meets the needs of our ServiceNow customers by offering their employees a single portal for making requests. End-users can view the list of their roles, make an additional request potentially triggering a workflow, and track the status of the request. Approvals can be performed on either the ServiceNow or Memority side, depending on the configuration.

The app installed on the ServiceNow platform interacts with Memority via API, and benefits from the rules and settings made on the Memority side. For example, end-users can only request roles for which they are authorized. All actions performed on the ServiceNow side are traced in the Memority audit. It is also possible to track the status of requests from Memority. No data is stored on the ServiceNow side, since all interactions are dynamic and do not require data synchronization. In fact, the addition of a new role on the Memority side is directly visible from ServiceNow if the end-user has the necessary rights.

This new app responds to our customers' need toimprove the user experience, streamline the use of tools while guaranteeing a complete audit of their activity within the IAM.

This app adds to the existing integration functions between ServiceNow and Memority: SSO, account management and rights provisioning, two-way ticket opening between the platforms.

The Memority app for ServiceNow is supported on the Washington DC, Vancouver and Utah platforms.
